Medina Law Firm, LLC - Estate Planning & Probate
About Ms. Medina

I grew up around Boston, Massachusetts and attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH for my undergraduate studies. There, I completed my degree Summa Cum Laude and attained membership in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. From there, I relocated to New Mexico and attended the University of New Mexico School of Law, graduating cum laude and earning membership in the prestigious Order of the Coif. I was admitted to practice law in New Mexico in 2001.

I have more than 10 years experience in the practice of law primarily focusing on the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, tax planning and related estate planning matters, probate actions, non-profit organizations, corporate organization and operation, and representing companies in complex employee benefit and ERISA matters arising from the operation of qualified retirement plans and welfare plans.

After seven years practicing at a large Albuquerque law firm, I left to form my own solo practice where I could provide the kind of personal, undivided attention to my estate planning and probate clients that I believe they deserve, whether they are looking for a simple will or complex business and tax planning.

Out of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, traveling throughout the state of New Mexico.
