I focus my practice primarily on Estate Planning and Probate matters. I represent clients from all over New Mexico in simple and tax-planned estates, and both contested and uncontested probate matters.

This means promptly returning calls of clients and other parties and keeping clients informed and involved so that they know the status of their cases.
The Medina Law Firm is conveniently located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, providing quick and convenient access for all of Albuquerque and especially the city's west side and Rio Rancho. I can also arrange to meet with clients in their home or office if desired.
