In her probate practice, Elizabeth handles both contested and uncontested probate matters. She assists clients with estate administration, routinely working with Personal Representatives to guide them through the process of managing and distributing assets, dealing with creditors, and fulfilling their fiduciary duties.
Elizabeth also represents small businesses and non-profit corporations, assisting clients with entity selection, corporate maintenance and in obtaining tax-exempt status for non-profits.
